What is this Program About?
The Principal Masterclass Certification Program is a residential leadership learning experience designed to help school leaders step away from day-to-day operational pressures and engage in deeper reflection, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
The program creates a space for leaders to explore emerging challenges in education, exchange perspectives with peers, and strengthen their leadership approach.
Through a combination of interactive learning sessions, team-building activities, and sustainability-focused dialogue aligned with the Kodo Circle’s philosophy of reflective leadership and collective growth, participants will co-create meaningful insights and leave with a clear and actionable roadmap for school improvement.
The program also aligns with the leadership vision of India’s National Education Policy (NEP 2020), which emphasises school leadership, teacher wellbeing, innovation, and responsible integration of technology in education.
